Harmony #1, Charming apartment plus roof terrace in popular location.

The apartment is situated in an area known as Spiegelkwartier, very close to the Leisdeplein. This area is known for its art galleries, late night music and comedy venues and is a very popular part of Amsterdam. This apartment is located above a popular late night bar.

The Rijksmuseum is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the Van Gogh museum and the Diamond centre.

This part of Amsterdam has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, and the Leidsestraat provides great shopping. Close by are the venues of the Melkweg, Boom Chicago, Paradiso and the beautiful Vondelpark. This location has it all.

The apartment is comfortably furnished and is arranged over two floors. On the first floor there is the living area with open-plan kitchen and dining room providing a dining room table and chairs, a range of comfortable seating and an entertainment system complete with TV, CD & DVD player. There is also a chair which rolls out into a single mattress for an extra guest.

The kitchen is fully fitted with microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and all the cutlery, utensils tableware you will need for your stay.

Also on the first floor off the hallway is a W.C. On the second floor are the bedrooms and the bathroom.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own TV.

There is a full bathroom featuring toilet, hand basin, separate shower and bath.

Another delightful feature of this apartment is its roof terrace with a table and four chairs.
The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and internet access.

Please note that the stairs in this apartment are typical for Amsterdam, and are steep.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to settle the balance of the booking charge in full, in cash.
  • In addition you will need to provide a security deposit of EUR 50 in cash.
  • If you cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival you will be charged a further 25% of the total rental cost.
  • If you cancel between 7 and 14 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged a further 40% of the total rental cost.
  • If you cancel within 6 days of your arrival date, or do not show, you will be charged the full amount of your rental cost.
  • A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Christmas, Easter and Queens Day. A 5 night stay will apply during the New Year period, and a 7 night stay will apply during the September annual IBC conference.
