Nieuwmarkt Square and China Town with many restaurants and bars are nearby. Waterloo Square and Dam Square will only take you a few minutes to reach.
This modern studio is located at the lower ground floor of an historical building which has been renovated to a high standard.
The stylish studio apartment features a combined living/sleeping/kitchen area. It has wooden floors throughout.
There is a comfortable double bed, kitchen with hot plate and microwave, a fridge, kettle and coffee machine, a large flat screen TV and DVD.
The attractive bathroom comprises of a toilet, sink and shower.
This nicely decorated studio is located at the back of the building and overlooks the little outside area. The large windows fill the apartment with light.

- Balance Payment:
The balance can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX) or in cash.
- Security Deposit:
At check-in a credit card will be required for pre-authorisation of 300 Euro per apartment.
- When there is no valid credit card upon arrival the security deposit can be paid in cash, subject to a EUR 15 administration fee.
- Late Check In:
All check-ins after 10pm will take place directly at the apartment and are subject to a EUR 50 late check-in fee.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before the start of the stay will be charged 50% of the outstanding balance.
- Bookings cancelled less then 24 hours before the start of the stay or for "no-show"; 100% of the balance due will be charged.
- Please note that all guests will be required to present ID at check-in (National ID card, passport or driving license).
