The area of the Jordaan is one the most desired areas of Amsterdam, a vibrant and stylish area in the heart of the city with a vast choice of boutiques, restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance.
Located on the first floor, the apartment occupies a further two internal floors providing a comfortable and welcoming living space right in the heart of one of Europe's most vibrant and exciting cities. It is within easy walking distance of many cafes, restaurants and shops, and the main museums and theatres are easily accessible on foot, by bicycle or by tram.
On the apartment's first floor, there is bright and welcoming living / dining area with open plan kitchen. There is also a separate W.C. On the second floor are two twin bedded rooms and a full bathroom whilst on the third floor there is the third (master) bedroom.
The living/dining room has been traditionally and comfortably furnished and provides a welcoming environment in which to relax. It features a double sofa bed and chairs, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV, CD and DVD player and complimentary high speed internet.
The modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen features kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board, and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The modern master bedroom has a two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps. The second and third bedrooms also feature two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The fully tiled bathroom provides a bath with shower attachment, toilet, hand-basin and heated towel rail.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The rates for this apartment exclude 5% city tax, which will be added to the balance paid directly to your apartment manager.
- A 25% deposit will be taken directly by the apartment manager at the time of booking.
- The outstanding balance will then be due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. If payment is made by bank transfer, funds must be cleared, a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. If payment is made by credit card, an authorisation is required, which must be signed and returned directly to your apartment manager.
- On arrival a EUR 500 credit card pre-authorisation will be required, per apartment. This security deposit will be returned to your card on the first business day following your check-out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the Easter, Christmas and New Year period, and a 7 night minimum stay will apply during the period of the IBC Conference in September.
- The cost of a cot or a high chair is EUR 15 per item, per night.

- In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Thereafter, If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, a further charge equivalent to 25% of the outstanding balance will apply.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or do not show, a charge equivalent to 100% of the outstanding balance will apply.
