This cosy one bedroom apartment is located where two of Amsterdam's famous canals come together and is just a stone's throw from Centraal Station, Dam Square and Nieuwmarkt Square. The apartment has lovely canal views and is in an ideal location for enjoying all that Amsterdam has to offer.
The apartment is on the first floor above a traditional Dutch bar, so street noise can be heard on busy nights. For those wishing to sample all that Amsterdam has to offer, including the night life, then this is an ideal apartment and location.
This fresh and modern private apartment provides a living area, an attached kitchen, a double bedroom and a separate bathroom and wooden floors throughout.
The living area is light and airy with large windows along the length of the room. The room has a sofa and comfortable chairs, and a TV with international cable channels. There is also a DVD player and a CD player and broadband wireless internet access.
The kitchen is attached to the living room and has a gas hob, microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher, plus crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe offering ample storage space.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and a hand basin. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night minimum stay will apply during Easter, Gay Pride and Queen's Day. A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the Christmas, New Year period, and a 7 night minimum stay will apply during the September annual IBC conference.
- Should you cancel there will be an additional charge of EUR 50.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of arrival the cancellation charges will amount to the full rental charge.
- Please note that the balance of your rental will be due 7 days prior to your arrival and must be paid by bank transfer

You were excellent for answering any questions I had via email before our visit. Don, the greeter was very pleasant and helpful. A new toaster is needed. The greeter showed us how to work the remote but we couldn't figure it out afterwards. Perhaps a sheet of instructions would be handy.

Don the greeter was a charming gentleman, very helpful. Apartment very clean and tidy. The view was lovely, could sit at the window all day with a glass of wine people watching! Check in and check out times being flexible was an added bonus and easily arranged with Don.
