Here you will find over twenty cafes, bars and coffee shops, also daily markets including an organic food market as well as markets for antiques and books during the summer months.
This two bedroom duplex is attractively modern and comfortable. Benefiting from excellent location it offers the perfect stay having easy access to the most important tourist areas.
The duplex is split over two levels having two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom and a balcony.
On entering you have the living room, dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The living room is simple but very stylish having matching sofa and arm chair, a large coffee table, storage windows, plenty of windows allowing in a lot of light, a T.V, a DVD player and a CD player.
Behind you have the dining area giving you a dining table comfortably seating four guests.
This then leads through to the fully equipped kitchen which has a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a fridge, a gas stove, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, a toaster and plenty of kitchen utensils for your stay.
Leading out the kitchen you come to stairs which lead you up to the two bedrooms, the bathroom and the balcony. At the very top of the stairs round the corner you have the balcony offering you roof top views over the city. There is a small dining table with chairs.
The master bedroom is bright and spacious having a double bed, heating and large window offering you views over the city. There is also a large walk in wardrobe giving you plenty of room to store your belongings.
The second bedroom is cosy having two single beds, heating and a window to let in fresh air. Connected to this room you will find the bathroom. This has a bath with a stand up shower, a hand basin and a W.C. There is also a rack to store your towels.
Complimentary Wi Fi Internet access is available within the apartment.
This duplex is not suitable for the elderly or wheel chair access due to being located on the third floor with no lift access.

- The final balance is due either upon arrival in cash or prior to arrival by credit card or Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by card then payment MUST be made in advance. If you choose to do this a handling fee of 4.9% will apply, this must be done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please let us know which method of payment you will be making if paying the balance before arrival. If you do not pay in advance you must pay in cash on arrival, you can NOT pay with card on arrival.
- If possible please advise us of your checking in time upon booking. This is important so a greeter can be arranged for you upon arrival.
- If there is a cleaning fee quoted within the total booking cost of this apartment this is payable upon arrival and must be paid by cash.
- Cancellation Conditions:
- Any cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of both deposits.
- Any cancellation requests made 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 4 - 6 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 3 days or less prior to arrival date or any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
