These lovely two bedroom apartments are located in a quiet side street.
Situated between Warmoesstraat and Voorburgwal, but within a few steps you are in one of the liveliest and busiest streets in the Central District.
Warmoesstraat is Amsterdam's oldest street and now is the site of some the city's best and busiest bars and coffee shops. Only minutes walk from Centraal Station you are also close to Dam Square and Nieuwmarkt Square.
These two bedroom apartments are furnished to a very good standard and offer all the facilities and amenities you will need whatever your requirements.
The spacious living area features hardwood floors throughout, a stylish double sofabed, easy chairs ,a range of pine furniture, reading lamps and a TV and CD player. There is also a dining area providing a dining room table and chairs.
The bedrooms offer a double bedroom and a single bedroom with bedside tables and reading lamps and wardrobe and drawers offering ample storage space. An additional single bed is available for a fourth guest.
The kitchen is well equipped and features an electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker, and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathroom is clean and bright and features a shower, toilet, hand basin and towel rail.
Wireless internet is available in this apartment at an extra cost of EUR 10 per night, payable on arrival.
These apartments prohibit the smoking of marijuana in the whole building
Please note that this apartment building does not accept groups of more than 4 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please note that if you choose to pay the balance payment by credit card there will be a surcharge of 7.5%.
- When booking more than 1 apartment and/or for stays of 4 nights or more, the apartment management requires a non-refundable pre-payment by credit card of 30% of the total amount (+7.5% credit card fee). This is in addition to the initial booking deposit. The remaining balance is then due in cash on your arrival day.
- Check-in for this apartment is from 4pm.
- The latest check-in time for this apartment is 22.00. For check-ins after this time up until 12.30 am there will be a late check-in charge of EUR 65 per apartment. Check-ins are not allowed after 12.30 am.
- There is a 7 night minimum stay period for the IBC week in September and a 4 night minimum stay for Queen's Day, Easter and a 4 night stay for the New Year period.
- Please note that we are unable to accommodate a check-in or check-out on Queen's Day.
- A cash security deposit of EUR 200 will be required on arrival. If you are unable to provide cash, you may provide your credit card, for which a +7.5% credit card fee will apply. Please note that unless the card holder is present a credit card payment cannot be accepted. The security deposit is payable, per apartment booked.
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you need to cancel you must provide written notification at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival date to avoid a further charge.
- If you cancel between 4 weeks and 48 hours of your arrival date and your stay is for 3 nights or less you will be charged an additional amount to the value of 1 nights rental charge.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date and your stay is for 3 nights or less, or you are a no show you will be charged the full balance of your rental cost.
- If you cancel within 4 weeks of your arrival date and your stay is for more than 3 nights you will be charged for 100% of your total rental.
- If your flight is delayed please inform your greeter. Failure to do so may result in you being unable to check in and there may be a late check in charge.
