This one bedroom apartment is beautifully furnished and consists of a large living room, a double bedroom and bathroom.
The spacious and bright living area provides a double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs, sofa, Flat screen TV and iPod docking station. A DVD/CD player can be provided on request.
There is high speed internet access for your convenience. The living area provide access to the small balcony.
The bright, modern kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, microwave oven and hob, kettle, washing machine and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedroom features a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and ample storage space.
The bathroom is clean and bright and features W.C., shower over bath, hair dryer, handbasin and towel rail.
An iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience, a weekly/daily cleaning service is available for EUR 40 per clean. An additional fold out single bed can be provided for a fifth guest.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Further to your initial booking deposit the apartment manager requires 50% of the remaining balance by bank transfer 14 days prior to arrival.
- The remaining 50% of the balance is payable on arrival in cash in EUR.
- A refundable security deposit of EUR 100 will be payable in cash on arrival and refundable on departure assuming no damages are incurred during your stay.
- Cancellation:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable.
- Further to this cancellation notification received less than one month prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the remaining balance.
- Cancellation notification received less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the remaining balance.
- Cancellation notification received less than 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
