This stylish two bedroom duplex is located south of the city centre being part of the Amsterdam Zuid district. With local transport you are able to see all of Amsterdam's attractions in no time. De Pijp is now a lively multicultural area and home to Amsterdam's biggest street market the Albert Cuyp Market which attracts many tourists year after year. The Heineken brewery is another popular attraction now a museum having many cafes and bars nearby.
You are within walking distance to many of the city's main districts the closest being the Eastern Canal Ring and the Museum Quarter which offers you a lot of life having Rambrandtplein square where you can sit back and enjoy a drink, the Bloemenmarkt located on the Singel canal the last of the city's floating markets, the Van Gogh Museum, historical buildings and Amsterdam's famous Skinny Bridge.
The duplex comprises of three bedrooms, an open living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen is compact and has a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a fridge, a four ring gas stove, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and plenty of kitchen utensils.
The open living/dining area has a sofa turning into a double sofa bed, a single bed, a coffee table, a dining table comfortably seating four guests, a standing lamp and a handbasin. Here you will find a pull down ladder which takes you up to the bedroom.
This bedroom located in the attic of the duplex has two double beds. Please note there is restricted head height in some places (see photos).
The second bedroom has two single beds and a double bed.
Within the duplex there is a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, an ironing board, a work desk area, a hair dryer and complimentary Wi Fi internet access.
A baby cot can be requested at a local charge of 50 EUR.
Complimentary Wi Fi internet access is available within the apartment.

- Payment Conditions:
- The final balance is due either upon arrival in cash or prior to arrival by credit card or Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by card then payment MUST be made in advance. If you choose to do this a handling fee of 4.9% will apply, this must be done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please let us know which method of payment you will be making if paying the balance before arrival. If you do not pay in advance you must pay in cash on arrival, you can NOT pay with card on arrival.
- If possible please advise us of your checking in time upon booking. This is important so a greeter can be arranged for you upon arrival.
- If there is a cleaning fee quoted within the total booking cost of this apartment this is payable upon arrival and must be paid by cash.
- Cancellation Conditions:
- Any cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of both deposits.
- Any cancellation requests made 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 4 - 6 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 3 days or less prior to arrival date or any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
