This bright and stylish two bedroom duplex is located near the well know Rembrandt Square. Rembrandt Square which used to be known as the 'Butter Market' now known as one of Amsterdam's classiest shopping streets gives you the choice to sit down and enjoy the local cuisine choosing from many cafes and bars.
Also in the area there are museums, cinemas, markets and historic buildings such as the Amstelkerk, Blauwbrug and the famous Skinny Bridge which at night is a must see.
The duplex which is split over three levels is designed with plenty of character having wooden beams dominating the upper level, but at the same time having a stylish atmosphere.
Within the duplex there are two bedrooms (one on the lower floor and the second on the third floor), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a bathroom. It also has its own private balcony.
On the first floor you have one bedroom and the bathroom.
The first bedroom is bright having a double bed, large windows letting in plenty of light, a bedside table with a reading lamp and its own arm chair. You also have a set of built in wardrobes offering you plenty of room to store your belongings.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, a heated towel rail, a W.C, a hair dryer and a hand basin.
Reaching the second level you have the living area, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining area, all being open plan.
The living area has a sofa, a coffee table, an arm chair, a CD player, a digital radio, a T.V and a DVD player. Complimentary wireless internet access is also available.
The fully equipped kitchen is finished to a high standard having everything you will need for your perfect stay. Included is a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a fridge, a gas stove, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster and plenty of kitchen utensils.
In this area is the dining table which comfortably seats four guests.
Climbing the stairs to the third floor you will find the second bedroom. There is a double bed and bedside tables with reading lamps. It has a set of large chest of draws where you can store your belongings and a small window.
Within the duplex there is an iron and ironing board and complimentary Wi Fi access.
This duplex is not suitable for the elderly or those with mobility issues due to being split over three levels and having the second bedroom on the third floor.

- The final balance is due either upon arrival in cash or prior to arrival by credit card or Pay Pal. If you wish to pay by card then payment MUST be made in advance. If you choose to do this a handling fee of 4.9% will apply, this must be done at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Please let us know which method of payment you will be making if paying the balance before arrival. If you do not pay in advance you must pay in cash on arrival, you can NOT pay with card on arrival.
- If possible please advise us of your checking in time upon booking. This is important so a greeter can be arranged for you upon arrival.
- If there is a cleaning fee quoted within the total booking cost of this apartment this is payable upon arrival and must be paid by cash.
- Cancellation Conditions:
- Any cancellation requests made 15 days or more prior to the arrival date will incur a loss of both deposits.
- Any cancellation requests made 7 - 14 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 4 - 6 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 80% of the total booking cost.
- Any cancellation requests made 3 days or less prior to arrival date or any no-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
