Located on the oldest street in Amsterdam, this apartment on the Warmoesstraat offers city living with everything on your doorstep.

With Amsterdam's unique reputation for all night entertainment, you are sure to experience the best the city has to offer from this apartment. The city's best bars, restaurants and of course the famous Amsterdam coffee shops, are just moments away.

This brand new, spacious apartment is comfortably furnished, consisting of a large living area with sofa, two single beds, reading lamps, flat screen TV (Sky Box) and a dining room table and chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay. Here there is also small balcony overlooking the Red Light District.

There are two bedrooms providing a double bed and two single beds, reading lamps and ample storage space.

The shower room is clean and bright and offers, shower, handbasin and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate from the shower room.

A hair dryer, ironing board and iron can be provided on request.

This is a smoker friendly apartment. The apartment is on the third floor in a building without a lift.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• On arrival, a security deposit of EUR 200 in cash will be required. This will be fully refundable on deparure assuming there are no damages and the apartment is in a clean and tidy state. If extra cleaning is required a charge of 35 Euros will be taken from your deposit.
• Cancellation Policy:
• If you cancel up to 48 hours prior to your arrival day a further cancellation charge of 35% of the total rental cost will also be charged.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or your are a no show the full balance will be charged.
• A 7 night minimum stay will apply during the Christmas and New Year period.
• Please note that this apartment does not accept all male groups or stag parties.
