This very spacious two bedroom duplex apartment is situated minutes from Centraal Station within the buzz and excitement of the Red Light District. The apartment is at the back of the building.
You are also within walking distance of Dam Square, which is the very centre and heart of Amsterdam, and is also the site of the Royal Palace.
This two bedroom apartment is comfortably furnished and consists of two large bedrooms each featuring two single beds. The bedrooms are complete with bedside tables and reading lamps.
The spacious living area provides two sofas, a flatscreen TV, a DVD Player and a PS 2 with a range of games. There is also WiFi available in the apartment building.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, four ring gas hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathroom is clean and bright, with granite tiles and features a shower, handbasin and towel rail.
Please note that this apartment is in the heart of Amsterdam's Red Light District and therefore may not be suitable for younger children or those of a sensitive nature.
Smoking is allowed in the apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A refundable cash security deposit of EUR 150 is payable on arrival. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
- There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter, Queen's Day and Cannabis Cup periods. During the IBC Conference period the minimum stay will be 5 nights.
- As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance. This will be payable in cash in Euros.
- A refundable cash security deposit is payable on arrival. This will be refunded less any deductions for damages occurred during your stay.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date or do not show, there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.
