These ideally situated apartments are located between the sophistication and entertainment of the Nieuwmarkt and the buzz and excitement of the Red Light District.
In summer, the Niewmarkt is a busy place with all kinds of festivities such as weekend markets, music, theatre and open air cinema. The apartment is located in the heart of the Central District, so most tourist attractions can be reached within a short walk.
These three bedroom apartments are newly refurbished with fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. Stylishly furnished with spacious and comfortable living, dining and study areas and separate bedrooms.
The living area features sofa and chairs, side tables, reading lamps, TV receiving a standard cable package, CD player, private telephone line on request and a high speed, broadband internet connection. A privacy screen stands in front of an alcove housing a fourth single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bedrooms offers one double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a single bedroom, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe and chest of drawers offering ample storage space.
The bathroom is stylishly fitted with bath, shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail whilst a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience.
The apartment building has laundry facilities for guest's use. There is also secure parking charged on a nightly basis, subject to availability.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 4 night rate will apply during the Christmas and New Year period, Queen's Day and for Easter and a 7 night rate during the period of the IBC Conference in September. During periods the rates may change, subject to availability.
- A 3 night minimum stay will apply for all requests between Thursday - Sunday. Midweek requests which include a weekend night will be subject to the weekend rate for all nights requested i.e. Wednesday - Friday or Tuesday - Thursday will be subject to the weekend rate for all three nights.
- As with most hotels the remaining balance is due in cash or by credit card on arrrival. On arrival you will also be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card to cover any incidental expenses incurred during your stay.
- Cancellation Policy.
- If you need to cancel you must provide written notification of cancellation, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date to avoid further cancellation charges. If your stay is for 3 nights or less there will be a charge equal to the first night's rental. If your stay is for 4 nights or longer there will be a charge equal to the first two night's rental.

The apartment was lovely and was surprisingly quiet during the day and at night time, considering the main road is right beside it. I would definatley recommend your apartments to friends and family as it had everything needed for your stay. Towels and toilet paper were stocked up on arrival and also supplies based at the bottom of the stairs should we require more. The only thing I would mention is that the apartments are quite pricey but well worth the money.

We had a fantastic time. The accomodation was fantastic very clean, with great facilities. The welcomer was very helpful. I would reccomend this appartment to all my friends. We would all go back hopefully to the same accomodation on our next visit. Thanks alot great time had by all.
