This large two bedroom apartment is within the buzz and excitement of the Red Light District where the famous red window lights are striking against the quaint, old canal houses.

You are also within walking distance of Dam Square, which is the very centre and heart of Amsterdam, and is also the site of the Royal Palace.

This two bedroom apartment is well furnished and consists of two large bedrooms one with a double bed plus a single bed, the other with a double bed. Both have bedside tables, reading lamps and wardrobes offering ample storage space.

The spacious living area provides comfortable sofas and a sofa bed, chairs, antique cabinets and tables, reading lamps, TV and CD Player and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.

The bathroom, which is en suite to one of the bedrooms, is clean and bright and features a bath, shower, handbasin and towel rail. There is also a separate toilet outside of the bedroom in the hallway.

The apartment will be cleaned thoroughly before you arrive with sufficient towels and bed linen provided.

Smoking is allowed in the apartment.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • A refundable cash security deposit of EUR 250 is payable on arrival. This is refunded on departure assuming there have been no damages.
  • There is a minimum stay of 5 nights during the Christmas and New Year period and a 4 night minimum stay during Easter, Queen's Day and Cannabis Cup periods. During the IBC Conference period the minimum stay will be 5 nights.
  • As with most hotels, on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance. This will be payable in cash in Euros.
  • A refundable cash security deposit is payable on arrival. This will be refunded less any deductions for damages occurred during your stay.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date or do not show, there will be a cancellation charge of up to a maximum of 7 nights.

We all accepted as a party, that we had opted more for location rather than accommodation, accepted the apartment for what it is was and actually made it home. The apartment was always warm and the hot water supply was great as all 6 of us showered everyday, straight after one another."
