This apartment building is ideally located along the picturesque Keizersgracht canal in the heart of the old city. The well-known '9 Streets' and the numerous boutiques, cafes and restaurants found here are close by.
The Museum District, the Vondelpark, and the Leidseplein, a lively square with many clubs, pubs, theatres, live music venues and comedy cafes, are all within easy walking distance.
This lovely apartment has been beautifully decorated. The decor is stylish, with wooden floors throughout and modern decoration in each room.
The apartment has an open plan kitchen, living and dining room, three bedrooms, chic bathroom and roof terrace.
The large open plan living room offers a T.V., DVD or VCR player, comfortable seating area with large sofa and ample space for guests to relax.
The open plan kitchen/ dining room is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery you will need.There is a dining table and chairs.
The bathrooms is fully tiled and has a bath with shower over, heated towel rail, handbasin, W.C., shaving mirror and power source for shavers.
A washing machine and dryer are available for guests use.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The rates for this apartment exclude 5% city tax, which will be added to the balance paid directly to your apartment manager.
- A 25% deposit will be taken directly by the apartment manager at the time of booking.
- The outstanding balance will then be due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
- Payment can be made either by credit card or bank transfer. If payment is made by bank transfer, funds must be cleared, a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. If payment is made by credit card, an authorisation is required, which must be signed and returned directly to your apartment manager.
- On arrival a EUR 500 credit card pre-authorisation will be required, per apartment. This security deposit will be returned to your card on the first business day following your check-out unless there have been any damages or complaints from neighbours, the police or other guests regarding anti-social behaviour.
- A 5 night minimum stay will apply during the Easter, Christmas and New Year period, and a 7 night minimum stay will apply during the period of the IBC Conference in September.
- The cost of a cot or a high chair is EUR 15 per item, per night.
- Cancellation Policy.
- In the event of cancellation your initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Thereafter, If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, a further charge equivalent to 25% of the outstanding balance will apply.
- If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, or do not show, a charge equivalent to 100% of the outstanding balance will apply.
