This stylish loft style duplex apartment enjoys a fantastically central location within 10 minutes walk of Vondelpark and the Rijksmuseum and 15 minute walk of Dam Square and Anne Frank house.
This duplex apartment has a contemporary open plan design with a mezzanine style bedroom which is open plan living, kitchen, dining area and a bathroom.
The mezzanine bedroom provides a king size bed and bedside table. The king size bed can be separated into twin beds on request.
PLEASE NOTE: The ceiling of the sleeping area is sloping with beams and access to the sleeping area is via a steep ladder. This is not suitable for small children or guests with restricted mobility.
The apartment has wooden floors throughout and the open plan living, dining and kitchen area provides a comfortable seating area with sofa, chair, T.V., coffee table and further arm chair. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen features a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you should require during your stay.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, handbasin, hair dryer and W.C.
