It's central location is perfect for visiting the Museums such as the Van Gogh, experiencing all the entertainment you could wish for in Rembrandtplein, or just for simply relaxing in the nearby Oosterpark. If you are travelling on business it is also convenient for the RAI Exhibition Centre.
This light and airy, air-conditioned apartment consists of a spacious living & dining area with a fantastic view of the Amstel Canal. The living area has a double sofa bed, comfortable chairs and dining table and chairs. The plasma TV offers a wide range of cable channels and is equipped with surround sound speakers. There is also a pre-paid mobile phone provided for your personal use.
The Italian design open-plan kitchen is located adjacent to the living area and provides the following amenities, microwave, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and all the crockery, utensils and tableware you will need.
This apartment has two double bedrooms providing a double bed in each, together with bedside tables, lamps and a wardobe offering ample storage space.
There is a marble tiled bathroom featuring a rain-shower, jacuzzi bath with whirlpool facility, toilet, hand-basin and heated towel rail. There is also a separate cloakroom with toilet and hand-basin.
This apartment also has a large terrace to the rear of the property complete with a table and chairs.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A 5 night minimum stay across Christmas, Queen´s Day and the New Year period and a 7 night stay will apply during the annual IBC conference in September.
- As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge in cash in Euros together with a refundable security deposit of EUR 200.00.
- Cancellation Policy.
- Should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 14 days notice to avoid cancellation charges.
- If your stay is for 3 days or less, there will be an additional charge equivalent to one night's rental.
- If your stay is between 4 and 7days, there will be an additional charge equivalent to three night's rental.
- If your stay is for 7 days and above there will be an additional charge equivalent to 5 night's rental.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
- A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply for all check-ins post 20.00.
