We are Loving Apartments, a self-catering accommodation agent. We offer apartments, houses, houseboats, and villas in
some special places that we love. We don't do hotels, there are plenty of people that do them, but we reckon staying
in an apartment in the centre of a city, or a villa in the country, or a boat on a canal, is more fun, and better
value, than pitching up in a stuffy hotel.

We are open and honest people. And we are open and honest in everything we do for our guests and our accommodation
owners that we work with. The price you see is the price you will have to pay - we never hide or add extra costs.
The accuracy of our photos and descriptions of the accommodation is monitored and checked regularly to make sure what
you book is what you get, with no nasty surprises, only good ones.
How We Work
It's really simple. We build portfolios of accommodation from trusted owners in locations we love. We put them on
our website for our lovely guests to book. We try to makes sure there is a good range in great areas, from luxury
We don't just put anyone's property on our site. Accommodation is added to our site only by us. Some random property owner can't
just sign-up and list their property. This is to protect you from bad service, and us from unhappy guests. We aren't
a property owner directory website, we don't just put you in touch with an owner then leave you to it. We want to make
sure your complete experience from start to finish is great, so check out our Customer Services for more details on how

When we add accommodation to our portfolios, we always think to ourselves, "would I send my mum their" and "would I send
my friends their". If the answer is yes, we add it, if we umm and arrh, then it's a no go.
After every stay, we ask for feedback about all aspects of our guests experience, with us, in the accommodation, and
with the accommodation manager. We use this to make sure the accommodation is what you expected and the service is
better than expected. We end relationships with suppliers that fail to meet our high standards.

When our guests tell us what a great time they have had in London, or Barcelona, or Zermatt, or anywhere else we
